When I
began my career at AMBA seven years ago, I began with
the ability to work hard and maintain a positive mental
attitude, but I was lacking one key ingredient of
success – a proven business plan. AMBA provided the
plan, their Success System, and it has worked for me and
countless others again and again. AMBA’s Success
System, mixed with hard work, and a positive mental
attitude, led me to my success.
Z a c h S a n c h e s Upon graduation from college with a degree in Business Administration, I interviewed with several companies but did not find what I was looking for. I started with AMBA as a benefits representative in January of 2004, and in just 11 months I was promoted to District Manager. I also promoted five members of my sales team to District Manager positions. In January of 2008, I was promoted to Regional Vice President to oversee Southeast Texas and South Louisiana! The reason for my success is simple…I have followed AMBA’s proven sales system. This tremendous opportunity could be yours as well, provided you have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. D ' A n n a B a u c o m I followed AMBA’s success system and in 2003 was promoted to Regional Vice President. With the self confidence that AMBA and their success system instilled in me, I was able to become the number one and record breaking Regional Vice President in 2003. Since that time I have broken an additional 2 records and won the Millionaires Club on all three different levels. I won the award once as a Representative, once as a District Manager, and the third time as a Regional Vice President. What this all means to me, and should mean to anyone reading this, is that AMBA is the best opportunity in the world. AMBA is not just a job for me, it is a career path that has changed my life financially and personally forever.
D e b b i e P o t t e r In June 2006, I attended AMBA’s Fast Start University (FSU). Since I started working I have not wanted to stop! In five months time I earned six sales awards! In addition, I was rookie of the year! After reaching all my goals in my first five months, I was then promoted to District Manager, and again I was terrified. I had only been with AMBA five months and I had no idea what I was in for. I knew it would be challenging, but I had no idea how rewarding it would be. In 2007, I was the number one District Manager, Rookie District Manager, and our team beat one of the top district manager’s sales record. My sales team had the number one salesperson and a major sales award winner. I am truly proud of my team and the career accomplishments that I have made.
K r i s t y n F a r l e y Since joining AMBA, I have been named Sales Leader of the Year for 2007, as well as being named to the VIP Club Hall of Fame for 2007. I have earned numerous other awards and incentives including trips, cash bonuses, and other prizes with more to come. AMBA has given me great confidence and limitless growth financially and spiritually. My family and I have never been happier or more stable. With the ever present growth at AMBA, I can hardly wait to see what the future brings.

am truly blessed to have found such an incredible sales
opportunity! I have been with AMBA for just over 4 years and
sometimes I still can’t believe how tremendous our sales
opportunity is. I graduated from Northwestern State
University just over 4 years ago and AMBA has allowed me to
succeed in the business world beyond my wildest
expectations. 
When
I started at AMBA in late May 2006, I didn't know what to
expect. I had never been in sales and didn't know a whole
lot about insurance. I did know I was tired of working in a
world where my 110% effort was just as rewarded as those
giving 80%. With the AMBA system on my side, the support of
those around me, hard work, and only seven months to do it,
I was able to finish 2006 as Rookie Sales Leader of the
Year, and number eleven in the entire senior division! 
In
May of 1999, I was at a turning point in my life. I needed a
good job and needed to make some money quick. I started
working for AMBA that year. When I interviewed I had hopes
of just making enough money to get my bills caught up. I had
no idea how successful the following years would prove. 
I
always said no to sales positions because I was so afraid of
depending solely on commission income. I always thought I
had to have a salary position and know exactly what I would
make every week, boy was I wrong! 
I
have worked in sales for the last 17 years. The first 15 of
those years were salary positions. In August of 2006, I
decided it was time for me to make the leap into a
commission based sales career. As soon as I met Wendy Sparks
and decided to come on board at AMBA, I knew my life was
going to change for the better. I was told by utilizing the
AMBA success system, I would not fail, and I haven’t. I was
also told by focusing on the AMBA awards club, the income
would be there and it is.
