If
I had to sum up AMBA in one word to someone looking
for a new career, it would be "opportunity." I
started my career, and first real job, with AMBA
straight out of college. At that time in my life, due
to real world inexperience, I lacked many of the
traits that it takes to be successful on my own.
However, by following the AMBA sales system, and
connecting it with the exclusive state endorsements
which gave me instant credibility and leads, I was
able to quickly turn myself from novice to a
successful businessman.
AMBA
always rewards hard and honest effort. After spending
just six quick months following the AMBA system and
learning the business as a Benefits Representative, I
was promoted to District Manager, and now a Regional
Vice President. AMBA has been a dream opportunity for
my family and me. It has given me the opportunity to
change my financial future.

When
I started at AMBA in May 2006, I didn't know what to
expect. I had never been in sales and didn't know a
whole lot about insurance. I did know I was tired of
working in a world where my 110% effort was rewarded
just as those only giving 80% or less. With the AMBA
system on my side, hard work, and the support of those
around me, I was able to finish 2006 as Rookie Sales
Leader of the Year! I also ranked number eleven in my
entire division!
2007
Proved to be even better! I jumped at the chance to be
relocated to San Antonio for the district manager
position in May of 2007. This gave me the chance to
not only increase my income, but to help others
achieve a level of success I thought wasn't possible
just twelve months earlier. With the help and
dedication of my team, and again, with the support of
those around me, I was honored to be awarded Rookie
District Manager of the Year in 2007, and District
Manager of the year in 2008! In May of 2009, I was
promoted to Regional Vice President and could not be
more proud of the work I do and thankful for the
opportunities AMBA has provided!

April
15, 2002, was a day that changed the rest of my life.
This was the day that I started my career with AMBA.
Not only have I been successful at reaching my
financial goals quicker than I have ever dreamed of,
but I also have been able to teach the system and
watch others do the same.
I
started as a Benefits Representative and became the
number one representative in the company my first
year. After breaking 3 different sales records, which
still stand today, I was promoted 5 months later to
District Manager over Austin, Texas. One week, before
my one year anniversary, I was promoted to Regional
Vice President. I was able to reach the 6 figure mark
in my first 12 months which was very exciting! All of
this would not have been possible if I had never
answered the challenge that came from AMBA!

I
have always said no to sales positions because I was
afraid of depending solely on commission income. I
always thought I had to have a salary position and
know exactly what I would make every week. Boy was I
wrong!
In June
2006, I attended Fast Start University (FSU). In 5
months I earned six sales awards and I was Sales
Rookie of the Year. In February 2007, I was promoted
to District Manager. That year I was the number one
District Manager.
In
2008, I wanted to be District Manager of the Year
again and I achieved that goal along with winning my
first Millionaire Award and several other District
Manager awards. In 2009, I won my second Millionaire
Award.
Would I
say I am still afraid of commission only income? NO
WAY! I love what I do and the goals I have achieved
working with AMBA. I wouldn’t have what I do today
without having given this a try and I am so happy I
did.
Art
Dunham
After
a very successful career in real estate, my life was
changed by a deep recession in Texas in the 80’s that
turned the real estate market in Texas upside down. I
found a marketing machine that came in the form of a
niche market with exclusive endorsements and a success
system of selling to their membership. Add to that the
fact that it was a recession proof market, I knew I
had found a winning combination that I had only
dreamed about. The fact that our market includes the
baby boomer generation is now making it an even bigger
opportunity.
I
advanced from a Benefits Representative in central
Texas, to District Manger, to Regional Vice President
in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area in just a few short
years. AMBA’s rapid expansion into many other states
has created a huge opportunity for advancement into
management for those who can learn our success system
and go to work every day with a passion for success.

Jamie Buntin
Before
joining AMBA, I spent almost a year convincing myself
that the real estate market was going to turn around
and that everything would be fine. I’m glad I didn’t
wait!
My
first week in the field was a blast! I broke the
record for most business written the first week and
still hold the title! The money was phenomenal but the
awards, even better! I won cash, my first flat screen,
and most importantly the Mustang Grand Diamond Award.
In
November of 2009, I was promoted to District Manager.
Wow! The success and opportunities at AMBA are
endless! On top of that, I was named 2009 Rookie of
the Year after being here only 8 months! AMBA is
unlike any other company I’ve ever worked for.

Jake Henderson
I
began my career at AMBA as a Benefits Representative
in September 2008 and was promoted to District Manager
by February of 2009. My rookie year was a big success!
I even earned the prestigious Mustang Grand Diamond
Award. Without having a prior position in sales, I
equate all my success to following the AMBA system. My
fast start career at AMBA really took off! Seventeen
months into my career, I was promoted to Regional Vice
President for the western region in January of 2010!
I knew that if I were
immersed in a proven success system, then the sky was
the limit. The company culture and team atmosphere at
AMBA provides the ultimate experience for anyone who
seeks an opportunity for rapid advancement. At AMBA, I
feel empowered to be creative, motivated to be
successful, and challenged in developing my skill set
everyday. My career has been extremely fulfilling both
financially and professionally.
Carla Koerth
In
April 2002, I experienced a life changing tragedy when
I lost my son. Soon after I needed to find a new job.
I was introduced to AMBA.
After 8 months, I was
promoted to District Manager. My division of AMBA was
going to give me the chance to work and experience new
places. In 2009, after receiving my 16th Grand Diamond
Award and my 6th President Club Award, I moved to
Indiana. I was on a mission to open up the upper
states for business.
I am now residing in
Charleston, West Virginia, and headed to my next
promotion to be a Regional Vice President. I have done
all of this in short amount of time with AMBA. Thank
You AMBA for such a great opportunity!

I
came on board in July of 2004. I did not have any
experience in insurance but I had an entrepreneurial
drive and a desire to succeed.
I was
promoted to District Manager in 6 months! I continued
to follow the system at the management level and
things fell into place. From trips I won, to numerous
awards, and not to mention the income earnings.
Within
4 years I was promoted to Regional Vice President.
With the niche market that we have, leads, and a
success system, why would you not want to come to work

My
life changed drastically when my career began with
AMBA in June 2005. Coming from teaching into a sales
position were two different worlds. This company gives
you so much support and motivation, and when you
follow the AMBA system, you will be successful.
I have

Tiffany Stoler
What
I found so compelling about AMBA, after a decade in
the mortgage business, was their unique ability to
place me in front of potential clients on a daily
basis. By eliminating the biggest fear most sales
people have, they gave me the freedom to go from FSU
to cashing my first check the first week in the field.
Even more appealing was
the prospect of being able to grow quickly. I love
that they only promote from within and that everyone
started off as a representative in the field. I was
promoted to District Manager in the Houston area
within 10 months and already promoted 3 district
managers on my team. If you are looking to make a
career change, AMBA is the place to be.

I
showed up in Austin, Texas, for Fast Start University
and was blown away by our sales system. It was
amazing! Just by following the system and being
positive and energetic, I was making what I was told I
could. The next couple of weeks flew by as I reached a
lot of the award levels. I just couldn’t get over the
fact that I was making this kind of income just by
talking to people everyday. I stayed focused on the
system and let it work for me. While at Manager
Candidate School I learned what the next level was
like and couldn’t wait to be promoted! It certainly
has been an incredible journey. I can’t wait to see
what is in store for my future because of the
opportunities that AMBA has given me. I never thought
some of the dreams I have would become a reality this
quick! AMBA has made all of that possible!
Michelle Foster
When
I was given the opportunity to work for AMBA I was
actually a stay at home mom. I was just getting ready
to consider going back to work as a nurse because that
is the field I was in for the prior 9 years. I thought
to myself, “if I’m going to try something new, now is
the time.” For the most part, people don’t like to
work commission jobs but those are the jobs that I
like the most because there’s no set amount of hours
you have to work to get the money you feel like you
deserve. With AMBA, you get out of this job exactly
what you put into it.
I
attended Fast Start University (FSU) in August 2007.
Between August and December, I received the Rookie of
the Year Award, Mustang Grand Diamond Award, and was
on my way to winning a VIP trip in the four months
that I had been with the company. In 2008, I set
higher goals for myself once I realized how easy this
really was and that I could do it. I wanted to be in
the top ten of the sales leaders and wanted to reach
VIP status for the year. I was the fourth runner up
and earned the VIP trip for 2008! In 2009, that was my
year. By this time, I knew that the sky was the limit.
I was the Sales Leader of the Year, the Sales Leader
of the first and third quarters, sold the most cancer
policies, and achieved VIP Gold status!
